Step 2: Drop your car off
- Come in and visit one of our Service advisors to confirm your requested service.
- Can't make it during business hours?? No Problem! Use our "night drop" box located just outside the service entrance.
Step 3: Arrange your pick-up
- A member of our service staff will be here to assist you with picking up your vehicle until 6 p.m. on weekdays.
- Can't make it during service hours?? Let your service advisor know that you can't make it and they'll arrange your pick-up time. Our Sales staff is happy to deliver your vehicle on Saturday.
- Need a ride? The same local shuttle service that dropped you off can pick you up. (Glens Falls & Queensbury)
