Meet Our Service Staff
A member of the North Country Team since 2021. Wade has been with us for 3 years and has 33 years of industry experience. His experience and friendly personality make him an asset to our team, and help him as the new Service Manger here at North Country.
Vicki comes to North Country Subaru from perhaps the farthest away…born in Columbus, Ohio! Vicki spent much of her childhood in Porters Corners, New York before joining our service staff in 1990. Vicki wears many hats at the dealership, not only as a Service Advisor but also a Warrantee Administrator and a Parts Counterperson. Her favorite memory thus far is when she got her 2016 Subaru Legacy Premium. Outside of work, Vicki enjoys NASCAR, and spending time with her two children and dog, Melodee.
A North Country employee since 2019, Brian has held multiple positions within the service department. Brian is a very well rounded member of our team.
Jeff has been with the North Country Subaru family as a Technician since 1986. A Glens Falls native, Jeff enjoys riding his Harley, and spending time with his wife, a school teacher, and their two children.
An original Glens Fallsian, Ryan joined our Service Department as a Technician in 2008. When Ryan is not fixing cars, he enjoys hunting and riding his 4-wheeler.
