What You'll Do

• Perform expert-level auto body and paint work, including frame straightening and refinishing

• Deliver safe, high-quality repairs that meet dealership and manufacturer standards

• Stay up to date with the latest tools and repair techniques

• Communicate with service advisors and contribute to a clean, professional shop

• Saturday availability required

What You'll Need

• Professional experience in auto body repair (hobbyists not considered)

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-focused attitude

• Working knowledge of shop equipment

• Your own tool set

• Valid driver's license

• Automotive passion is a plus!

Now Hiring: Automotive Technician / Mechanic

Join the Fast-Paced Service Team at North Country Subaru

We're looking for a skilled, experienced Automotive Technician to step into a full-time role and help carry the load at our very busy and growing shop. With one of our long-time techs recently retired, there's an open bay ready for you to make your own.

Whether you're a seasoned Subaru specialist or bring experience from another brand, we'll get you up to speed with free factory training and support your journey toward becoming a Subaru Senior Master Technician.

• Hourly pay starting at $21+/hr, based on experience

What You'll Do

• Perform vehicle diagnostics, service, and repairs that meet dealership and manufacturer quality standards

• Maintain a clean, efficient, and safe work environment

• Communicate clearly with service advisors and teammates

• Be available for Saturday shifts

What You'll Need

• Solid professional auto repair experience (Subaru experience is a plus, but not required)

• NYS Inspector's license

• Valid driver's license

• Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented mindset

• Accountability, punctuality, and pride in your craftsmanship

• Passion for the automotive industry
